Universal Anywhere is a web based Windows application that has all the functionality of our Universal Office system but can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection. Universal AnywhereUniversal (Sales) retails for a small monthly payment per branch and includes telephone support, property search for your website, branch synchronisation and upgrades. The additional costs of leased lines is not required, as all property details are automatically synchronised between branches via the Internet so all properties from all offices can be displayed and printed in any branch.

There is also a property search screen that can interface with touch screen technology, allowing your customers to search all properties from all branches themselves.

Display property information and get in contact with customers

EmailingSophisticated applicant matching and emailing can save thousands of pounds a year in printing and mailing costs, and ensures that property details (including full details and images) are sent to customers quickly and efficiently. Match new properties to all existing applicants and e-mail them all in seconds with full property particulars. For applicants without e-mail addresses or do not wish to be contacted by e-mail, the applicant matching can produce summary sheets with images for traditional posting.

New applicants can also be matched with existing properties in the same manner. When a customer receives an e-mail, summary descriptions of all properties with an image are displayed in the received e-mail (the images are linked seamlessly from Thesaurus servers and are not sent with each e-mail, as the overheads needed in bulk emailing would be excessive). A full description hyperlink is also available for each property, displaying all internal room descriptions and additional images.

PortalsThe package includes a customisable property search for your company web site and the ability to update it instantaneously at the click of a button. Producing customised sales particulars is simple. Universal comes with over 70 standard templates that can be simply edited to accommodate individual needs using the Microsoft Word interface. Once standard templates have been created, as many copies of window cards/full details/summary sheets can be produced as required.

Used in conjunction with a digital camera and colour laser printer, Universal assists estate agents in the production of sales particulars, advertising copy, generation of standard letters, forms and mailing lists. From initial valuation, through viewings and final notification of sale, Universal enables the tracking and production of documents on all aspects of property sales.
