Match new properties to all existing applicants and e-mail them all in seconds with full property particulars. For applicants without e-mail addresses or do not wish to be contacted by e-mail, the applicant matching can produce summary sheets with images for traditional posting.
New applicants can also be matched with existing properties in the same manner. When a customer receives an e-mail, summary descriptions of all properties with an image are displayed in the received e-mail (the images are linked seamlessly from Thesaurus servers and are not sent with each e-mail, as the overheads needed in bulk emailing would be excessive). A full description hyperlink is also available for each property, displaying all internal room descriptions and additional images.
