	New Web Reports - Let your Vendors and Landlords login to your website to view reports. Reports on viewings, offers, marketing plus more. Output user defined messages to your vendors and landlords to view online. Embedded into your website in the same way as the Universal property search. Vendors and Landlords login using their email address and web password set on the summary screen. View the reports offline in the web reports viewer by selecting Tools/Web Report Viewer.

Google map coordinate finder (Build 91) - 15 November 07
	The new Google map coordinate finder allows you to pinpoint the exact location of the property. Enter the properties address and click on the Find Coordinates button on the property summary screen. Drag and drop the pointer on the Google map to select the exact location of the property, click save to save the coordinates. International properties can now be searched for using the Geosearch.

Simply access this new feature by selecting the property and clicking on the new 'HIPS' tab along the top.
