Allow landlord and vendors access to information about their own properties via your own website. By entering an email address and password, the client can logon to a page on your website where they can view up to date information regarding their property.

1. The vendor/landlords email address is entered into Universal ( via the summary tab) and the agent creates a password which is saved in the system (and supplied to the client).

2. Click the sync button to activate the vendors/landlords account.

3. With the email address and password the user now has access to information on their own properties via your website.

4. To keep the information in these screens up to date simply click the sync button the same way you would update property details to your website.
