Overview of new features in Universal

The new recent records menu has arrived in Universal.
This fixed menu will allow for easy access to recent:

• Properties
• Applicants
• Vendors
• Landlords
• Tenants
• Valuations
• Tenancies

• User defined tab on people and property windows
• User defined (UDF) tab in maintenance for setting user defined fields

• Create valuations from existing records

Windows 8 is the next version of the Microsoft Windows operating system, which is due for release late 2012.
We have been doing extensive testing to ensure Universal will be compatible with Windows 8.

There have been changes made to the legislation regarding the Energy Performance Certificates(EPCs)
